5. SAFE DELIVERY GUARANTEED

Gem and Jewelry Orders are shipped by Federal Express (FedEx). Fully Insured, and require an adult's signature upon receipt. We track each shipment until it is received and signed for.  We normally call you to make sure you received it, but in the case we can't reach you by phone we will email a request to acknowledge receipt of the shipment.  If you receive a box that has visible signs of DAMAGE or TAMPERING, make sure you have the delivery person fill out a damage report and NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY. We will give specific instructions. We will take care of the insurance claim ONLY if you FOLLOW OUR INSTRUCTIONS.

6. RETURNS

To return merchandise, you must: contact us for Return Authorization (RO) within two (2) days of receipt.
Returns must be postmarked within nine (9) days of date of receipt
All returns must be in their original condition and "Lots/Parcels" must be returned in their entirety. Adonggems.com reserves the right to reject returned item(s) if the above conditions are not met. Insurance is not refundable, and there will be a return transaction fee deducted on all return orders (this varies depending on type of payment).

7. DISCLOSURE OF TREATMENT

The majority of gemstones traded internationally have undergone some form of treatment. While you should always assume treatment when purchasing gemstones, for more information on the particular treatments used in the gemstones sold at Adonggems.com please email support@adonggems.com

8. SUBMITTED JEWELRY DESIGNS
Where rights have previously been unassigned, Adonggems.com claims all rights to all jewelry designs submitted. By submitting a jewelry design with unassigned rights to Adonggems.com, you grant Adonggems.com full rights to re-produce for sale, modify or distribute your design.

9. LINKED SITES.
This site contains links to sites owned and maintained by persons or entities other than Adonggems.com. Adonggems.com does not regularly review materials posted, or products or services offered, on the web sites to which this site is linked.
